How do I book a ride? +
Open Dele, enter your destination, confirm pickup, choose ride type, review fare, tap Book Ride. Your driver is tracked in real time.
What payment methods are accepted? +
Dele Wallet (top up via bank transfer or card), Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), and Cash (pay driver directly).
How does Dele Plus work? +
Free: Pay per trip. Dele Plus ₦2,500/mo: 10% off rides, priority matching. Business ₦15,000/mo: Team accounts, central billing.
How do I report a ride problem? +
Ride History → select ride → Report Issue → describe what happened → submit. Or email admin@dele.cx. We investigate within 24 hours.
How do I become a driver? +
Requirements: 21+, valid Nigerian licence (2+ years), registered insured vehicle, background check, KYC. Apply at dele.cx/register → select Driver.
Can I cancel a ride? +
Before driver accepts: Free. Within 2 min of acceptance: Free. After 2 min: ₦200 fee. Driver en route >5 min: ₦500 fee.
