To report a lost item, open the Dele app, go to your ride history, select the relevant trip, and tap "Report lost item." You'll be connected with your driver to arrange item return. Alternatively, contact our 24/7 support line.
Most transfers are instant, but bank processing may occasionally cause delays. Check your transaction history in the app to see the status. If a transfer is marked "pending" for more than 30 minutes, contact our payment support team at payments@dele.cx.
